Returns - Physical Products
Products purchased directly from the official shop.us.dlink.com site may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions below.
To initiate a return, customers must contact D-Link to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns received without an approved RMA may not be processed.
Returned products must be received in good condition and include:
We strongly recommend including the original packaging and documentation. If items are missing, damaged, or show signs of excessive use, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

Restocking Fees
Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, at D-Link’s discretion, based on product condition, completeness, and the nature of the return.

Return Shipping
Unless the product is confirmed or deemed defective by the D-Link technical support team, or the return is due to a shipping error by D-Link, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. D-Link is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is confirmed or deemed defective by the D-Link technical support team, or an incorrect item was shipped, D-Link will provide return instructions and cover applicable return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds are typically processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of D-Link’s receipt of the returned product. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
