Returns - Physical Products

Products purchased directly from the official shop.us.dlink.com site may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions below.

To initiate a return, customers must contact D-Link to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns received without an approved RMA may not be processed.

Returned products must be received in good condition and include:

  • the unit with an intact serial/UPC label
  • original power supply
  • all accessories originally included
  • Proof of purchase or invoice

We strongly recommend including the original packaging and documentation. If items are missing, damaged, or show signs of excessive use, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

Restocking Fees
Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, at D-Link’s discretion, based on product condition, completeness, and the nature of the return.

Return Shipping
Unless the product is confirmed or deemed defective by the D-Link technical support team, or the return is due to a shipping error by D-Link, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. D-Link is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product is confirmed or deemed defective by the D-Link technical support team, or an incorrect item was shipped, D-Link will provide return instructions and cover applicable return shipping costs.

Engineered with a compact industrial build 5.16 × 3.89 × 1.57 inches (131 × 99 × 40 mm) and wide temperature tolerance -22°F to 158°F (-30°C to 70°C ), the DWM-314-GP is built to endure extreme conditions, whether deployed in remote industrial sites, fleet vehicles, or smart city infrastructure. Integrated PoE+ (802.3af/at) with PD-Alive monitoring, a feature that monitors and automatically reboots unresponsive powered devices, provides both data and power over Ethernet, reducing downtime and eliminating the need for additional infrastructure.
