Returns - Physical Products
Products purchased directly from the official shop.us.dlink.com site may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions below.
To initiate a return, customers must contact D-Link to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns received without an approved RMA may not be processed.
Returned products must be received in good condition and include:
- the unit with an intact serial/UPC label
- original power supply
- all accessories originally included
- Proof of purchase or invoice
We strongly recommend including the original packaging and documentation. If items are missing, damaged, or show signs of excessive use, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

Restocking Fees
Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, at D-Link’s discretion, based on product condition, completeness, and the nature of the return.

Return Shipping

Multi-WAN Connections for Steadier Uptime
The D-Link Guardian 600 PoE Multi-Gig Router (DBR-600-P) supports multiple internet connections - a primary 2.5GbE WAN, a configurable WAN/LAN port, and a USB port for 4G/5G backup (USB modem not included; sold separately). This enables multi-WAN failover to help support business continuity: if the primary link goes down, traffic can shift to a backup. Load balancing can also be configured when you have more than one active WAN link and compatible service/modem setups, distributing traffic across those links. Actual results vary by network, provider and plan.
